Bio
Shaun Bivens of Oakland, California, and Allen Richardson of
Richmond, California, met when they were ten years old, introduced
by their cousin Charles. Once Charles had the chance to introduce
the band "Kiss" to these young guys, they decided to form a band
called "High Voltage" named after the great album by AC/DC. They
rocked the Catholic circuit until they were fourteen when Shaun
moved to the central valley. Upon his return our guitarist Shaun was
signed to RCA as a rapper in the early 90's. Allen our lead singer,
was signed to a major label as a r&b artist. The two old band
members joined forces again and found a new drummer, Tony Providence
of San Leandro, California, who was also in a hard rock band. Signed
to Atlantic, Tony introduced them to Mark Web (Spyder) our bass
player from Redwood City, California, and this four piece rock band
was complete. They began recording and immediately began performing
live from South Lake Tahoe to Los Angeles. You can reach them at
